Greetings to all. I'm pleased to offer another retreat to the Sedona Arizona area
on October 16-20,2008. Whether you're a return traveler or a first time adventurer, this
journey will renew your spirit and allow you to establish a connection with Nature you'll

for exact dates and locations. 2008 is a year of major astrological shifts that many of you
are already starting to experience as significant changes in different areas of your life.

July starts out with the new moon at 11 Cancer falling on the 2nd. Water sign Cancers are known for their emotional nature and strong desire to create family and clan ties. But Cancer is also a Cardinal sign and as such is action oriented and can be quite driven & ambitious. So the theme this month is twofold. Firstly, activities revolving around family, home improvement or real estate matters can be center stage. But secondly, don’t let this month fly by with just personal activities as it is a prime month for taking action towards personal goals, especially towards career development.
This is even more pronounced in the first 2 weeks while Mars moves to conjoin Saturn on July 10th. When two or more planets meet their energy is blended together. In this case energetic Mars coupled with responsible Saturn is bound to produce results. But only if you’re willing to put in the effort, as these two don’t bring rewards without hard work. The planets are favorable for meeting, contracts and negotiations on July 5, 7 and 23-26. Where as, July 6, 13, 14, 21, 27, 28 are more troublesome and can produce obstacles and delays. I would also add those later dates are ones to protect against injuries to bones when involved in physical labor or sport. Unfortunately those dates fall across the weekends, so is a relevant message for weekend warriors in home projects!
The conjunction of Mars & Saturn (once every 2 yrs.) sets the tone for the next two year cycle, being much influenced by the sign in which it falls, in this case Virgo. On a national level I would expect to see more corporate cutbacks. This will result in extra work responsibilities being placed on the shoulders of those who maintain their positions. We’ve been in an extended cycle of growth for many years , it’s now time to move into a more controlled and practical mind set. On a positive note, this shows the first 2 weeks of July are excellent to start your own personal ‘cutbacks’ regime in diet, spending, etc. I also believe that the trend towards a more practical or conscious consumer including environmentally friendly products will create many new jobs in the new ‘green’ industries. Knowing that change is inevitable is crucial.
The full moon is joined with Neptune, lending a slightly fantastical or illusional aura, from the 18th until the end of the month. Great time for that fantasy vacation or to escape for the weekend at the beach. Don’t make decisions based on impressions now as they may prove faulty. Better to get it in writing. This time period will also bring to life yet more issues regarding failed mortgages w/ deceptive banking practices. Again I’ll emphasize, know the security rating of establishments where you’re holding money & assets.
Mars is trine (helpful, auspicious) to Jupiter from July 23-26, making this window excellent for promotional activities, new projects and travel. It also bodes well for proposals, marriages and unions. The Sun enters Leo on July 22-August 22 where it’s joined by Mercury and Venus the last week July highlighting romance, parties and good times. Celebrate the summer.
